Dr. Goldfarb performed a kidney transplant on my son. The kidney was injured taken out of the donor and was put in my son anyway. It turned black and septic within a month. During the surgery, Dr. Goldfarb put in the wrongsutures, had a sleeping assistant and wanted to hurry up the operation and get out of there. The kidney was constantly bleeding and my son ended up with a hematoma after the surgery. From the moment he walked into the room, he was unpleasant. He did not listen to what I was saying at all. He literally asked me if I have the disease that I was there to have diagnosed by him. Is that how he practices medicine? Just asks his patients to tell HIM what they have? Then when I said that I didn't know if that is what I had and told him that was why I was here, he rolled his eyes. Eventually, he suggested 2 invasive procedures, neither of which addressed the reason I was there in his office. When I asked him about treatment or prognosis for the problem that brought me there he said "just deal with it." He said that since my pain only happens once a week that I should just 'deal with it.' That was his medical advice. Well, for a doctor at the second best urology department in the US he has the worst attitude I have ever seen, and I don't mean just out of doctors, I mean out of humans in general. I am giving the Cleveland Clinic another try but I am steering clear of him.
