On my first and only visit with Dr Mitchell I fell off his exam table A staff member came in and yelled at me to get off the floor.!! She tried to lift me without asking if I was injured. When the Dr came in he said if I could move my toes and fingers I was okay. The doctor did not examine me or look at the injured area. I had to drive myself home in pain and very upset He never contacted me after the fall and when I tried to have him see me ---I was told he was too busy. I had to go to the ER as a result of the fall but never any contact from the doctor as to how I was. Then the dr sent a bill to Medicare for over $500!!! I am 73 years old and am still swollen and effecteted by the fall in this doctor's office I had 3 months of physical therapy just to regain l use of my back and legs.
