I drive 45 minutes to see the Doc. I am a nurse practitioner so I have some idea of what and how things should be. The office girls are in believable, friendly, accommodating , polite, sympathetic the list can go on forever. The doc is the best listens, understanding of situations, knowledgeable, kind, smart, offers alternatives and his list can go on and on. This place is a rare find in this day and age. Best experience I have with a APRN (Hend Elhady), very thorough and knowledgeable.

Told me I wouldn't have a problem with my back, his, knees and ankles if I was a fat pig! Told me the best way for me to lose weight was to staple my mouth shut!

I am a former patient because he told me I wouldn't have back, hip, knee and ankle problems if I wasn't such a fat pig and the best way for me to lose weight was to staple my mouth shut! And now my insurance wants me to go back to him because my is dropping all the good qualified doctors to save money! NOT HAPPENING! He is nasty and ignorant with his patients! I sat outside his office asking patients what they thought of him and they all said they have better medical care elsewhere but are forced by the insurance to go to him!

Dr Sassano entered the room with his nose up in the air and didn’t listen to a WORD we said. My dad ended up passing out in the office and Dr Sassano told him to “Drink some Gatorade and go home”. I told him he was crazy and I called 911 right in the room!!! He ended up being hospitalized for 5 days with major issues!!!!! This Dr is a joke, don’t waste your time or money!!!!

He doesn’t listen or care about any of the patients. He is rude, obnoxious and prepare to wait for 2 hours for a 5 minute visit. I really hope you don’t waste your time here.

someone who takes the time to listen takes the time to explain and answer all your questions I look for a "partner" in the care of "my body" most doctors simply want to dictate "orders" Dr Sassano will discuss and involve me in his recommendations He refers me to a specialist only if something he feels is absolutely necessary.

He doesn't try to fund your problem even after you are asking for another appointment. His answer to your problem is another procedure without knowing what your problem is. He has his nurse to call with test results but she had no idea how to answer your concerns. I've never had a doctor that didn't want to find out what your problem is nor have I had a doctor have his staff to call when there are problems with test results. Sorry to say but this man should not be trying to take care of patients.

Dr. Sassano always took his time and listened thoroughly to the issues I was having. I'm in much better health because of his expertise.
