Dr. David Shane Sherbondy, MD

Horrible business. They will rip you off if you are a cash Patient. They will make you come back every 2 weeks to get refills on medicine and each time charge you out the rear. I ran out of my medicine and it took them 4 days before I could get another 14 day supply. Save your money and go see someone else. This is a very crooked business.

I had almost given up hope of feeling better, anxiety was terrible, just existing.Dr.Sherbondy did not give up on me, he found a supplement ,along with medications that are really starting to work for me.I would recommend him to anyone. He is very compassionate, and reassuring that he will find a way to help you. Great doctor.

I was a patient for over a year and I was very happy with Dr. Sherbondy and the medical services he provided. However, I had a few questions about what I had been billed--I asked if I could have some sort of itemized receipt to understand what I had paid and why. It was a very simple request, but I was flatly ignored for over a month. When I persisted and sent several emails, I was asked to come in to the office to pick up my receipts. When I got there, no receipts had been printed. I waited for over half an hour and received nothing. Since I do not do business with companies whose billing and office management practices are not above board, I removed myself from their care and requested that they mail me my medical records, along with the receipts that I still had never been given. It's now been a month without any response, even an email to acknowledge my issues or explain why they can't or won't provide receipts to their customers. All I've ever gotten were the tiny credit card… slips from when I paid--never any summary of services or anything similar. These are shady business practices. They have a gorgeous, well-appointed lobby and tons of staff wandering around the front desk, but apparently do not have the ability to provide clarity to a patient who has very basic, ordinary questions about their care and account.

I was having trouble staying on task at work, and with my workload increasing and the nature of my job, I could not afford to make any mistakes. After overcoming my reservations about seeking treatment, mainly the stigma with having a "mental problem", I finally sought out treatment for my ADD and was referred to Dr. Sherbondy and his staff. They helped me find the right treatment, and my improvement was nothing short of miraculous. I would highly recommend Dr. Sherbondy to anyone who is struggling with these types of issues, or any issue of a psychiatric nature! He and his staff are caring, knowledgeable and professional and the help I receive from them is life changing.

I have been to countless number of psychiatrist in the past 10 years and I was not getting any better. Then, I decided to go see Dr. Sherbondy and he put me on a mood stabilizer (which the other psychiatrist failed to do??) and my life did a complete 360. I was ME again for the first time in 10 years. Now, with Dr. Sherbondy's help and guidance, I am starting to come off of some of my other meds. Thank You Dr. Sherbondy!!!!!!!

I am really glad to be a patient of Dr. Sherbondy. He is a very open and honest Dr who takes time w me each and every month. We tried several different medications until we found what works best for me. His staff is also very friendly. Wait times are very short even when there is a full house. One thing I like the most I’m able to see 3 different doctors in the same practice. I would recommend Dr. Sherbondy to anyone who’s looking for a great doctor who’s willing to help patients w their problems not one who’s just looking to take their cash!!
