Dr. Singleton is not someone I recommend or trust at all.

Fantastic Doctor, great Bedside manner. Took excellent care of my husband. I would recommend Dr. Singleton to everyone who has back pain!

Went to see the doctor for injections and decided not to use him as a provider..very poor service..refuses to return phone calls and will not turn over medical records as asked..just not a very professional dr office at all

Office is in Humble, but he comes to different facilities in my town. Appointments seem to be made by facility and I was notified a couple of days before the appointment. Was supposed to have 3 injections in my back but only one was scheduled. Took weeks to get the next injection. At the 2nd injection I would not leave until my 3rd appointment was made. None of the injections lasted longer than 2 days. Now I am supposed to have a nerve block. But they scheduled it at facility that was not on my insurance. Took 3 days and numerous phone calls to get it cancelled. When I receive a letter from my insurance company they rejected the procedure. And I am glad they did because it wasn't a nerve block, but a procedure to actually made the nerves dead which is not what my neurosurgeon recommend. Dr Singleton also seems not to take any 'in-network' insurance. So I am now going to have to find one that is in network. Also it's been over 3 months and nothing has been filed with my… insurance. I would not recommend Dr Singleton.

Refered by primary Neuro (prior to mayor neck surgery) Spent no time discussing issues, want to perform a series of injections (right before my surgery) which I've already had to no avail. Refused to consider less intrusive procedures. Gets it in his mind that he's right, that's how it is. Avoid at all costs.

I have had terrible pain for years, my primary Dr. could not treat. Now with his help I am able to keep working. I think most people need to relax and not get in such a hurry,even at the dr office

Unable to discuss treatment to any significant degree. Provided worst case scenarios of my condition indicating it would take several initial visits and continued frequency of treatments to help me. Had to reschedule procedures several times to to efficiency of staff. Example, called my work phone @ 5:30 pm on a Friday and left a message that my procedure was scheduled for 6 am Monday. I had left 3 messages that week to verify schedule, but received no follow-up call. In addition, the promary contact phone number I provided was my cell phone, but they called my office.After one treatment, again could not get in contact by phone with the office and they would not return calls.Would not recommend this physician.
