Today too much of the time dr. appointments have become this sterile thing, where you can’t deviate from what some board has specified is what you need, you can’t be too involved or compassionate, and any diagnosis is one size fits all with dosage. Dr sosin is amazing in that he takes his patients as individuals, and treats them accordingly. There never is judgment, opinions are welcomed, and he is caring which used to be what people searched for in their medical providers. I would definitely recommend him and enjoy having his care.

I received treatment from Dr Sosin for 27 yearss, first for migraines and then for ADD. The best Dr I have ever had. Compassionate, concerned, knowledgeable, very helpful.

Ive worked professionally with most psychiatrists in Orange and LA counties, including prominent researchers, "Key Opinion Leadets" at USC, UCLA, UCI, etc. Dr. Sosin has a brilliance that far outshines. He treats the patient with knowledge and experience of many years and old drugs as well as new. He is not incentivized by pharma ties as the university researchers are, so prescribes the best treatment be it a 50 year old drug or one with a new FDA approval. He thinks out of the box, unlike most doctors today who ascribe to the latest and greatest "breakthrough drug". He understands that everyone's biochemistry is different and serotonin is NOT everyone's "feelgood chemical". I was treated for "depression" with serotonin agents for 15 years and got worse. Dr. Sosin recognized that I did not fit the "depressive profile" and effectively treated ADD without the hyperactivity component. Amazing...my "depression" resolved immediately after 15 years of treatment with serotonergic… "antidepressants" by dozens of psychiatrists, 2 hospitals, and several prominent psychiatric researchers.
