Very easy to get an appointment, scheduled for a week and a half from making. Dr. Kim was very thorough in explaining visually and verbally, both the condition and the treatment plan moving forwards. Staff was kind, patient, and informative.

Dr. Kim’s staff is very friendly. Quick and easy pre-registration process. Wait time is minimal to be seen. Dr. Kim and his staff is very attentive and listens to all concerns and issues I had. Very accommodating for work restrictions. And suggestions for referrals and new orders given. Definitely recommend Dr Kim and his staff for any OrthoNeuro needs.

Dr. Kim is a truly skilled, experienced, educated, professional. You couldn’t ask more of a Doctor or Surgeon. You can rest easy knowing that you will receive the best possible care available as Dr.Kim is at the top of his field. I did extensive research prior to hiring Dr.Kim and would say you’d be hard stuck to find someone more skilled or experienced he is truly in tune and listens to his patients every need. Prior to seeing Dr. Kim I was concerned I’d never walk right again but Dr. Kim saved my quality of life and went above and beyond to insure I had the best possible chance for a full recovery. Back surgery is a very serious matter but with Dr.Kim you can be assured you’ve got the right surgeon he’s as good as they come with nearly 30 years experience what more could you ask for?

Dr. Kim is great. I immediately felt a difference during recovery. However his secretary is very slow in getting things done. I had to contact her several times to get what I needed.

While I trust Dr. Is a competent surgeon I had the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a doctor. There is a lack of communication with his staff and I received very poor medical care. I would not recommend Dr. Kim to anyone. I’ve had numerous excellent experiences with Ortho Neuro, but Dr. Kim is well below expectations for medical care.
