Dr. David Lee Taragin, MD

Dr. Taragin didn’t know how to help me. He just kept throwing new medicine at me that didn’t work and then pushed me off to another doctor who was worse. He is abrupt in manner and arrogant. I will never go back there.

Wow, where to begin...if you have a garden variety health problem, he's probably a great doctor. If you have anything rare, stay away. He admitted that he doesn't know how to treat my disease and yet pushes pills at his patients, even those who are resistant to pills. Very paternalistic in his treatment of patients, and not in a good way. Fail. Utter Fail.

I am more impressed with this doctor with each visit (and I have been to many doctors in my life). He intently observes, listens to your questions, asks questions himself, orders testing, and makes his diagnosis. As the diagnosis was an extremely rare autoimmune disease, Dr. T. recommended getting a 2nd opinion (really good doctor). One can see his deep concern for his patient to get better . . . very, very good.
