I went to him with a terrible earache. He looked in my ear for maybe 2 seconds, said I had a tiny piece of wax in my ear, then told me my earache was caused by allergies. He then stuck a long thin needle like device into my ear. I saw nothing on it when he pulled it out. The whole appt. lasted maybe two minutes max. He then billed my insurance over $400.00. Would not go back ever.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Timme. I was very impressed with first his assistant, who filled me in on what would probably be done. Dr. Timme has a wonderful smile, and a gentle personality. He is not only pleasant, but very thorough, and talked about all the possibilities of my condition. I would highly recommend him.

Would highly recommend Dr. Timme. Just had 2 hour surgery and, although I'm only 2 days post op, I'm feeling pretty good. Dr. Timme listens to all your questions and concerns. Aside from my GP, I've never had a doc with such an empathetic bedside manner.

They have the worst possible system in place for communication. I had a tonsillectomy and needed a different pain medication as Percocet was too strong and extra strength Tylenol was too weak. My husband called the office which is an automated system and after about ten minutes he got a receptionist who did not take down the requests accurately because the nurse called back the wrong number, my phone instead of my husbands ( I was sleeping so my ringer was off. I'm trying to recover from surgery) He told her his number was the one to call back so the message she left on my phone was to try Tylenol, my husband had already said that did not work! So they called back with bad advice and the wrong phone resulting in us going through the whole automated system AGAIN! The number the nurse gives is not a direct line. After another long wait until a real person picks up( hitting zero doesn't work) I was able to tell the receptionist the Tylenol did not work, so she has to message the nurse who has to talk to dr timme, then the nurse will call back. Okay, so they call my husband back and tell him dr is in surgery so I can't get any help with my medication problem until he is done. We started this request this morning, it is now almost 4pm and my husband just got off the phone after calling the receptionist again to see about an answer, dr is still in surgery. So I'm miserable. Okay just got a call that he is going to prescribe something that they cannot call into the pharmacy, so my husband has to drive to the clinic 40 min away on a rainy Friday to get the prescription and hope to get it there before they close and then hope to make it to our pharmacy before they close. Worst aftercare ever as far as if you need any little thing before post op appointment (3 weeks after surgery)
