Excellent patient care. Entire staff helpful and easy to work with. Dr. Watt put me at ease during in office treatments. Very sorry he has left the RGW group.

I first met Dr. Watt after an emergency visit to an Optometrist who recommended an emergency visit to Dr. Watt. This was a Saturday. I was told by Dr. Watt that a procedure had to be done immediately or I would lose vision in my right eye. I was somewhat uncomfortable, then became very uncomfortable when I saw the long needle he proposed that had to be stuck in my eye all of this while in his office, not the hospital. My wife who is a nurse assisted with the procedure to put a gas bubble in my eye. Everything went perfect. The next day I went to his office where he attached my retina using laser surgery. This man is a master of his profession and I can never thank him enough for saving my vision during extraordinary circumstances.

While I’m not actually a patient of Dr Watt, I wanted to take a moment to thank him for his kindness in helping me get the attention of the lab office that had just closed for the day and I came about 30 miles to get my blood drawn and Dr Watt was kind enough to knock on the door of the lab to get their attention and let me in. He even took a moment to thank the staff member for giving me a “break” for opening their door for me. I thought it was so kind of Dr Watt to do such an act of kindness for me. I look forward to a time when I need his services so that I can make an appointment with him. Thanks Dr Watt!!

Delightful experience everyone was so helpful. I would go back again and recommend this office to any and everyone. Dr. Watts and his Associates were so pleasant/helpful and they were very informative.

Appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of doctor and staff. Little wasted motion or effort. On the two occasions I've had to visit very short wait time. The online patient portal is a real plus and comprehensive. There were some fields under "Medications" that did not respond. Other then that process was very fluid. All possible procedures and test clearly explained by staff. Makes for a very pleasant experience.

I have been a patient since July 2014 & I absolutely love everyone. Dr Watt & Dr Reid are absolutely fantastic & I couldn't be happier!

I have been making regular visits to the Annapolis office for over 4 years. Dr. Watt and the staff at RA have been consistently efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Watt was very nice and helpful also very reassuring that everything was good. The staff was wonderful. Shari and Roger were exceptional. I would recommend this facility.
