Dr. David Robert Weber, MD

Dr Weber was great! Quick and to the point yet listened to my issues. Saw him in person at Shady Side office and via video. Both experiences very positive. Would highly recommend Dr. Weber.

Horrible experience. Most of my care was managed by his nurse after the start of care who did not inform me that she was a nurse, only identified herself by her name and said she was “helping Dr Weber out because he was so busy.” I have great respect for nurses however many important things were not communicated to me! I finally had an appointment with one of the PAs who then proceeded to tell me details, including a major concern that was never previously discussed with me. After my complaint, Dr Weber did begin to manage my case. However, I called one time to communicate a possible side effect from my medication and never received a return call. Then again I called to request my bloodwork order prior to a scheduled appointment which was never called in! That was my last straw. They called to confirm my appointment and I told them that there was no need for it as they did not order the bloodwork and that I would not be rescheduling because I was done with their practice. Luckily I… have a wonderful orthopedic doctor and he and his nurse have been very helpful with managing what has been a long and trying experience. I would never recommend Dr Weber to anyone that wants a hands on physician that actually cares for and about their patients.

I furnished this doctor with magnified pictures coming from my skin lesions. He should of been able to identity exactly what was going on and he was so incompetent ...he could not. He told me to get my home exterminated instead. Well I have come to discover that I do have a parasitic infection...I have a severe demodex infestation and this doctor totally dismissed me in a very arrogant demeanor.... I urge anyone considering to see him to go else where for your well being.

This doctor is a arrogant man who thinks he can get away with treating middle-aged single women in a demeaning, degrading way. A horrible doctor, don't waste your time is right!! I have a medical condition and the doctor told me to exterminate my home. I have no bug bites on me. I have ulcerating lesions that are painful and slow to heal... now, that is arrogant stupidity if I ever saw it. Let's see what the medical board in Harrisburg thinks about his demeanor.

I took my mom here after months of her being in pain not knowing what is wrong they were very helpful an caring his nurse was a very friendly down to earth woman great experience atleast they took steps into her diagnosis and didn't tell her she was crazy like so many other doctors in the past

Aloof, Arrogant, Condescending, Do not come to this office! Firstly, I needed to get into an appointment quickly! They would not move up the appointment. Secondly, most SUV, do not fit in the parking garage. Thirdly, your input and information that you have collected about the disease is null and you know nothing. Fourthly, the doctor refused to check for other infections that I had all of the symptoms to and backed out of the room while the nurse was talking. The building, office space & bathrooms are not ADA Compliant! As a new patient, they took no vitals and did not perform a physical exam, and refused to do further testing of infections. This was a waste of my time as I now have to research another Infectious Disease Doctor that will help me. Notify your insurance of such lack of treatment - no physical exam or vitals taken. This is not a conscientious or caring physician,

I met Dr. Weber during a hospital stay, a very scary hospital stay, approximately two years ago and since then I have been seeing him for a condition that others deemed hopeless. He restored my faith in new treatments and physicians as well. I absolutely love the atmoslhere in the waiting room of his office and his staff!

I was not his patient but he was one of the doctors that came to my room. When I tried to ask him questions. He told me my logid doesnt make sense and just walked away.. He never heard anything I said..

Had a great experience with Dr. Weber and his wonderful staff, I didn't have to wait long and everyone was very friendly. His office has a really nice personal feel, I liked the scented candles and nice artwork in the waiting room. Dr. Weber has very personable and explained everything to me in regards to my vaccines and a roadmap (I am a 15 year cancer survivor). The only thing I didn't like is that I had to pay my co-pay in cash or check, perhaps that is some UPMC rule at that location.

This physician is arrogant. He tells patients he will assist w/ a diagnosis and then becomes too busy to care. It took months to get a final diagnosis from another dr. and this Dr was flat out wrong. Find a dr. who cares and isnt to busy to put patience before his own arrogance.
