Amazing care. Very intelligent. Could not ask for a better experience

This uncaring, unprofessional, arrogant excuse for a doctor treated me like I was wasting his time being there. My primary care physician sent me to the ER to rule out stroke or blood clot. He just treated me like I was an idiot for being there. Never asked any questions and sent me away. I emailed another doctor who asked one basic question and figured out instantly that I have a concussion. All he had to do was to treat me like a human being.

I would give zero stars if possible. This is the most incompetent and uncompassionate Emergency room doctor that works for Novant. He rolled his eyes the entire time he was in the room. And he said that Specialist don't know what they are talking about because he had never heard of it. Well maybe you should read a little more research. Obviously he is not up to date with recent evidence.. I wonder how he even graduated Med school. I would not want him in the room for an emergency. It is scary they are allowing someone like him to represent Novant.
