Dr. Zack is a fine physician who listens to his patients and spends whatever time necessary to allay fears and answer questions that his patients and family may have. Each member of his staff who interacted with us was knowledgable, helpful, and empathetic.

Dr. Zack, D.O., F.A.C.G. explained the colonoscopy procedure and gave a thorough explanation of the out come. He lessened the normal apprehension of undergoing this procedure. He was very personable without being phony. The staff was professional and and made you feel at ease.

His lack of follow-up after starting me on a new medication, landed me in the hospital for 2 weeks. If you have anything slightly serious or potentially confusing don't bother. I only go to the Cleveland clinic now.

Dr. Zak was very Professional however billing staff brings down his practice. Do Not Recommend
