Dr. Dawn Holloway Jones, MD

I do not recommend Dr. Jones. Based on my interactions with her, I would describe her as uncaring and uninterested in patient concerns. She was unsympathetic to my concerns about an upcoming procedure based on previous experiences with reactions to a specific medication. She actually argued with me about it and did nothing to inform the staff performing the procedure - just told me to "speak up." When I came back for a follow-up appointment after the procedure, she did not ask me how the procedure went, how I felt, or examine me. After I told her I had experienced a painful reaction to the multiple injections, she expressed no sympathy or concern, and did not record this in my chart. I would definitely not trust her to perform surgery on me.

Dr Dawn Jones is a very qualified and wonderful surgeon!

When I was in so much pain from Pancreatitis secondary to gallbladder, she was going to admit me to hospital and remove gallbladder in the next day or too. When she said that my tears broke into sobs and when she saw my anguish, she said she'd stay late and remove my gallbladder that night. Bless her! do said she'd do the surgery sobs

Dr. Jones performed my mastectomy back in 2000. Whenever I need a surgeon I always request Dr. Jones, even if I have to augue with my PC doctor. I have confidence in her and past experience with her ability. I recommend her to everyone.

I was referred to Dr Jones almost 3 yrs ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 39 yrs old. She was the surgeon who performed my biopsy and mastectomies. She took very good care of me and has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend!

I'd let this girl amputate my spine if she thought it was necessary. Excellent Physician.

She is rude. She did not offer any acceptable drug when I could not take the one offered. She was unnecessarily rough during the procedure. I do not recommend her at all. There are too many caring doctors in this practice and area to use this one.

My husband had a gall bladder problem that was hard to diagnose. Dr. Jones was able to shed light on the issue & was cautious in her recommendations since he was having some pertinent questions before the procedure & very clearly explained the results.

When doing a breast biopsy Dr Jones took too much from under the skin which after sewing me back up grew into a quarter sized hole that became infected. I had to go back to my gen dr for treatment due to Dr Jones refusing to acknowledge there was an infection. She told me "There's nothing you can do, so get over it." The state of Kansas has strict guidelines on malpractice I have never been so disgusted by a dr.
