Dr. Dean Ellis Palmer, MD

It was a different experience since the other hospital was sending overflow patients to the surgical suite due to Covid. The staff looked tired. They were having trouble finding beds, gowns and IV's towards the end of my visit. I laid in a makeshift room by myself for an hour or longer. We were asked to prove our vaccination for Covid was done. One lady didn't have her card and the staff had to take time to call CVS and find out if she had the shot. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor introduced himself and asked if I had any questions beforehand. Afterwards, Dr. Palmer gave me a brief observation of what he observed. I am waiting on the pathology report now. Pray for our healthcare workers. I saw how overworked they are now.

Follow after a colonoscopy and endonoscopy procedure was not done via face only through patient portal unless you request an appointment like I did and didn’t get much guidance or help from him after it. I am under weight like my BMI is at 17 percent. I would suggest going somewhere else. Who takes their time to explain things and does better follow up plus listens to their patient.

I couldn't get any defined answers from him.

I haven't seen a more knowledgeable, more caring or more skillful doctor than Dr. Dean Palmer.

I would recommend him to anyone!
