I have seen Dr. Polistina for over 20 years. He is one the best doctors (of any type) I have ever visited. He takes time to explain everything and is thoughtful, thorough, kind and very good.

Dr. Polistina is a conscientious physician skilled above and beyond most in his field who thoroughly tested my vision and made all pertinent questions and determined the problem. He also referred me to a glaucoma expert to corroborate his diagnosis, explained the needed and made an appointment for the surgery that saved me from going completely blind. This is an doctor to be forever treasured

I have visited twice before over the past four years, This time my appointment was at 11:00, At 12:20, I was still waiting to see the doctor so I left. No apologies from the receptionists and no one has contacted me since, which is very disappointing. There was always quite a wait to see Dr. Polistina but I thought things would have improved now that he has a new office and more than one consulting room. Not so! I think it is a down over-booking his schedule. I will be going elsewhere in future...

Dr. Polistina was recommended by a friend. My visits with Dr. Polistina and subsequent cataract surgery, were a very positive, extraordinary experience, and I would recommend Dr. Polistina to anybody who wants total professional, courteous, respectful, and devoted attention. Time is of no essence with this gentleman and he takes whatever time necessary to listen to, and answer your questions. He has a fine memory and appears to be well-prepared when you visit him. If it were necessary, I travel several hours to be able to use Dr. Polistina, and the time in travel to get to him would be well worth the effort. He is an example and model of what a fine doctor should be. He will be my eye doctor for many years to com.
