Dr Rankin is the best doctor. I have seen him twice for two different ear problems over the last four years. He is compassionate and very caring. He knows what going on when two other doctors did not! Treats you like a person! Wish all doctors where like him!

Dr. Rankin has long treated me for a variety of ear related issues. Recently our son woke up with an unexplained and scarily swollen eyelid which stumped his PCP and the ER physician. Even though Dr. Rankin is an ENT, I didn't know he also has experience with eye related issues. He was consulted and able to assess the proper diagnosis along with Dr. Tuite, which was an abscess and cellulitis from a sty, something that can get serious very fast.Dr. Rankin came in very early on a Tuesday to see our son and lance the abscess in such a timely fashion that itultimately helped our son not to be hospitalized with IV antibiotics. We always thought Dr. Rankin was a great doctor, competent and thoughtful, but this willingness to go the extra mile added some icing to the cake.

I've been seeing him for over six years and every time he has been very genuine and professional. He even knows my childrens names and always asks about them. Super nice guy and he knows his stuff!
