Dr. Debbie Walcott, MD

Dr. Walcott is rude, does not listen to your concerns, and does not have great bedside manner. During my first visit with her, she had a very cold demeanor to her. She was not warm nor approachable. She asked minimal questions and did not care to get to know me. If you are shopping for a holistic PCP that will help you look at the big picture, she is NOT the doctor. If you are looking for a doctor who will ask questions, be present, try to look at the bigger picture, she is not the one. If you wan to go in to your appointment, be in and out with little to no talking, she is the doctor for you!

I am a doctor and wasted my time seeing this doctor who her knowledge did not exceed my medical student knowledge. But this was not the problem, I tried to educate her about my disease, left the room, to read about it and came after half an hour and refused to order antibiotics. She holds things for now reasons. Bad reputations. I am wondering how many times she failed the board exam. Please avoid her and remember the person who is writing this review is a doctor and has more training years than this idiot.

Dr. Debbie Walcott has a great attitude, an incredible listener, and is concerned about my well-being.

I saw this doctor on a Friday at 2 pm and she said I probably had a virus and probably would feel ill for a while. She ordered blood tests-- none specific just basic CBC, then no one from her office would give me any results. I called 3 times before giving up. I wouldn't expect this from a veterinarian, let alone a doctor.

Im saddened to say that at this day in age in our country this still happens. She is a very rude Dr, Unprofessional. This observation was not from just one visit this is based on repeated visits. Dr.Walcott was my fathers Dr for a few months when he asked I come with him, due to the fact that he didn't understand some of what she was asking him. English is my fathers second language and he was never offered a translator. At the appointment upon meeting her I was astonished at her demeanor. She was rude at one point almost raising her voice at him and slamming the door at a request for some time off work after my father was hospitalized. Her staff shares this attitude unfortunately. An awful experience truly she is not worthy of her M.D. status.
