I have BCBS (primary) and Tricare (secondary). The office is listed as accepting new patients in both insurances but they REFUSE to accept new Tricare patients, period. This is unacceptable and unprofessional since they will get their BCBS contract payment regardless of whether Tricare pays or not. I called both insurances and confirmed that the status of the practice. They are under contract as in-network providers accepting new patients in both insurance plans but they refuse to accept patients that served in our military forces and risked their lives for our country...... To be clear, I have no experience with the doctor herself, I've heard good things about the office but I can't get an appointment.

Doctor is supper nice and friendly but the front desk and the reps staff over the phone are awful, they’re rude, inpatient and unsure of them, which is very unprofessional. It takes 3 months to get in an appointment. it’s understandable if they’re super busy, How ever, it’s unacceptable if they try to reschedule and cancel your appointment a few days before your appointment.....
