Dr. Deborah Ann Caserta-Brunson, MD

Went here for years.. the staff assumed I was leaving the office when I needed documents shared with another provider for medication.. they canceled my appointment (that’s I needed for the medication) and then left a voicemail telling me they can no longer see me. The 1 star is for the ASSUMING.

After 7 years of being a loyal patient, I missed an appointment due to my son being hospitalized and I was told to go find a new doctor as I was discharged. Life happens, I would have been fine with a missed appointment fee but to be met with a discharge I find this in poor taste.

I've been taking my 95 year old Grandma to see Dr. Brunson for over a decade (maybe more), in the past 5 years she's been getting a monthly B-12 shot, so I can safely say I've had A LOT of experience with this office, they've truly become a second family to us over there! Funniest thing, my Grandma treats it like it's her social hour, she is always saying how thankful she is to have them! It is ALWAYS a pleasant experience across the board, from Rob at the front desk, greeting us with a huge smile, and a "Hello Ladies, how are you doing today?", to Whitney, who is not only a skilled nurse, but has AMAZING bedside manner, she is beyond sweet, bubbly and a pleasure to be around, and then there is Dr. Brunson, who has always been so kind to my Grandma, listening to her concerns, symptoms all of it, but also going that EXTRA MILE asking how she's doing outside of her health, how she's celebrating the next holiday coming up etc. They are always incredibly SWEET, FLEXIBLE and RESPONSIVE!… I've been to some places that I can see how the staff gets easily annoyed or dismissive of the elderly, but not at Dr. Brunson's office, they're always understanding and take their time with her! I wish more people were like this office, and TO MY FELLOW PATIENTS... Please remember that the medical field can be extremely stressful, we don't know what our doctors, nurses, even the person at the front desk are dealing with prior to us walking through those doors, so please just BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER, I promise you people will go that "extra" mile for you too!

Overall rude and cold practice. I would not recommend anyone to that office

I have been a patient for at least 20 years. Dr Brunson is the best. She listens, is sympathetic and will help to figure out what is wrong with you. The staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful.

Rude nasty and mean she is a nut. Does not take time with her patient and does not care to hear what is going on with her patients. She is mean to her staff and tells the staff how to treat patients rude. One of her staff told me do yourself a favor find another doctor you don't want to be coming here. I said really the staff member said yes she is rude to a lot of her patients.

I know this doctor and she is,awfu,verbally abusive to staff. She should have her license revoked.

I have been seeing her for 5 years and realized recently she is really not that great well i sort of knew but didn't see it. she can be nice but she did not specialize in what i need. I have an eating disorder and she pretty much brushed it off when i said what behaviors i had been using. my therapist would have to ask me to ask for blood work and ekg's and things like that. she never really listened to me or took me seriously i saw her once a month for follow ups and i love Whitney but Dr. Brunson did not meet my needs. i just recently saw a new doctor granted she specializes in eating disorders but she was so nice and so caring already and she just met me once and did the things i expect for eating disorders. She listened to all my symptoms and really heard me so it was a better experience. I don't hate Dr. Brunson she just did not meet my needs as a patient ever and never heard me even when i was having a major family crisis.

I started seeing her after another doctor left to be with her children. She works hard and is busy but she really tries to you her best. Sometimes she is a little fast and I forget what I was going to say but she makes up for it because she is not pretentious, she is down to earth, not snobby, smart and a warm person.
