Totally rude, arrogant and incompetent. She misdiagnosed my melanoma skin cancer! Thank God I didn’t listen to her and was seen by a dermatologist. Was even rude to my endocrinologist when he wanted information from her. I don’t know how anybody can like this Doctor. Luckily I realized I was in the wrong hands and moved on. Hopefully this review will help someone from making the same mistake.

Dr. Hazen is an absolute FRAUD. I would never go to her again. She is completely uneducated and has no idea what she is doing. I would never put my life in her hands. I am concerned that she is starting to experience early onset dementia; she definitely needs to be evaluated.

Dr. Hazen is an absolute fraud. She is extremely uneducated and I would not trust her with my health or anyone else's health.

Anytime we need Dr. Hazen she is there for us. I truly believe in her guidance and I know her recommendation for a family member's breast cancer saved her life. I just had a small health issue which was accurately diagnosed and remedied. She is the best!

Absolutely the most professional and accurate Doctor I have had the honor to be a patient of. Always, and I mean always ...available. You are treated as though you were her only patient. Her staff is outstanding and the teamwork in her office is amazing..I should live forever as long as she is my doctor.

I was not happy with the treatment I received from Dr. Hazen. I found her to be condescending and incompetent.

Dr. Hazen, is the smartest Dr. I have ever been to. She is always right on the mark with her diagnosis. I drive about 35 miles to see her. She is well worth the trip and tells it to you straight. Dorothy Metcalf

Dr. Hazen is the most caring, patient doctor. I have gone to her for many years and she and her staff are responsive and very thorough. I have never had a bad experience there. Always able to get an appointment if need be. All the staff have been very friendly. She is a gem in the medical field today.
