A wonderful Doctor and person who really listens to me and we problem solve together, when possible……

I cannot evaluate Dr. Park in particular, but the way this whole office is run is very poor. I have been struggling with debilitating issues with chronic fatigue along with severe muscle and joint pain. I can barely move or get out of bed, cannot function at all. Well, I tried to get seen by Dr. Park or any of the physicians with Wash U Rheumatology. I called and was told I need a referral and Dr. records. They said that they did not get the records and had my physician office send again. Finally they received it and told me they would have to review this and call me for appointment. Well 2 weeks passed and then in 3rd week, I called for the fifth time. I was told then that my records were reviewed and I was not accepted as a patient. Not sure if it was my insurance or what, was not given a reason. They did not call me, I had to call them. I could have had an appointment with another Dr. by then but was waiting for Dr. Park, since I had heard that she was good and could… figure out what was going on. What a terrible feeling to be rejected by this practice with no reason given and not even giving me the courtesy of calling. In the meantime, still suffering and have no way to find a new Dr. to help me.

Dr Parks has been one of the most compassionate and knowledge physicians I have ever dealt with. She takes the time to listen to you and truly cares for her patients. One of the absolute best in her field

Dr. Parks has cared for me for the past two years. Now that I am on board with taking my medication as instructed, my RA diagnoses is not so frightening and I am doing well. She is a patient, kind and very conscientious physician. She or a staff member has always been responsive whenever I have called.

Dr. Parks was terrific. She was great at listening and explaining complicated concepts in an easy to understand way. She was very patient.

Dr. parks is well trained and capable. BUT if you need her you are out of luck. you call. you cant get to a human being. no one calls you back. you make a request on the portal. no one responds. they promise to work you in when you are having a flare. no one calls. they 'forget' to call in your meds. doesn't really matter how good they are if you cant access them when you need them.

Dr. Parks provides a consistent, thorough, and well delivered level of care. She has always given me the vest she has, even when I can be a little...anxious about my health issues. She is one in a million. I have AS and she has helped me more than I can ever express.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parks for several years. She jas changed locations and the office staff is not as helpful and the amount of hours you have to wait to see her has increased. She has not changed and still has the same bedside manner that we all have known to appreciate. She can still diagnose better than any other doctor. I just wish she could have brought with her the staff she had at her old office or could give some advice on proper work ethics to her current location.
