Dr. Deborah Kathleen Plante, MD

Dr. Plante from day one treated me like a number, not a person. She never followed up when she said she would. I was the one who had to contact her staff so she would look at my blood tests and adjust my medicine. Not once did she look on her own. She rescheduled appointments then actually cancelled the last one after delaying my appointment. I would never ever recommend her. To this day, she still has not adjusted my medicine nor does she care. She is moving and closing her business here (thank goodness) .

New to the area and anxious about a new doctor. I have a rare condition that many endocrinologist doctors cannot manage. It’s a very delicate conduit where meds and labs have to be monitored properly. Dr. Plante knew about my condition in great detail, how to manage it and is taking excellent care of me. I highly recommend her!!!

Felt my issues were too complicated. Didn’t seem up to date on women’s hormones and effects of surgical menopause. Left crying.

In the days leading up to my appointment I was excited for my appointment with Dr. Plante until it took place. Dr. Deborah Plante was lacking in bedside manner and not lacking in ego. After driving 90 minutes she flew in without a greeting and just looked between myself & my driver and she said "Im just looking for which one of you has a scar" she did not want to listen, responses were snarky & seemed to have her own private pay programs she was more interested to enroll me in. She left without saying goodbye but said "I will be back" and then sent in a medical assistant to bring me forms & samples instead. Her office is beautiful her staff was very friendly, kind & apologetic. Save yourself the drive & go someplace else. UPDATE: I have often dismissed negative reviews as people being generally unhappy & I have never personally left a negative review. Now after my experiences with Dr. Plante I've never felt so compelled to share. Once Dr. Plante read my review she called my cell… phone to argue with me and then called a 2nd time 24 hours later, she cancelled my labs I planned to hand carry to the hospital for thyroid cancer treatment. As someone who took an oath this behavior is vindictive. I have a family to care for and a treatment protocol to continue. Her behavior in the exam room & beyond is consistent and terrible at the same time.

She is good with her patient's but she's very rude, bad attitude I was one of her patient I was transfer to a different doctor because I didn't not like it the way she was treats her employees. Thank you

Dr.Plante has been my favorite doctor for quite a while. A dedicated specialist in treating type 1 diabetes (and I thank God for her being able to figure out that I needed to be checked out for Celiac disease on my first visit) She said that it can come along w/diabetes.

she seems to be very busy, and doesn't like to explore other options.

I really appreciated Dr. Plante spending plenty of time with me. She explained my diagnosis clearly, and gave me a sense of confidence. I'm looking forward to my follow up visit. I can highly recommend Dr. Plante.

Dr. Plante knows what she is doing and does not allow her talents and knowledge to go to her head. She stil cares about her patients. She makes me feel like my concerns are her concerns. I am relaxed and know she will take care of me. I am blessed to have her and her husband Dr ghaemi both as my Doctors. I reccommend dr Plante and Dr Ghaemi highly. (^_^)
