The office feels very secure and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and kind/caring. I was having a hard time and just one visit with Dr. Osborne I feel a sigh of relief. She is very easy to talk to and a great listener. I look forward to my next visit and feel she's already lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. An awesome office!!

Dr Osborne and her staff are spectacular. She gave me back my wife who I felt may be gone. We tried other doctors to no avail and some one recommended Dr Osborne. That saved both our lives. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone with need for help.

My wife and I met with Dr. Osborne today and we're quite impressed with her professionalism. My wife was a new patient with 27-years of bipolar history as well as severe psychotic episodes. Dr. Osborne was very thorough in her assessment of the situation. She also explained the results of a recent GeneSight test. That really helped us understand how her genetic makeup absorbs certain medications. We also were concerned about using ECT as a preventive treatment for my wife. Dr. Osborne agreed that my wife should continue this on an every other month basis. We were really needing to feel secure about everything especially in the vent of an emergency. Dr. Osborne is going to research all hospitals locally to have things set up for us in the event of an emergency and assure us that the selected hospital provides ECT. Our level of comfort now on a scale of 1-10 is clearly a 10.

Everybody in Dr. Osborne's office is super friendly and will make you feel at home. Dr. Osborne is extremely intelligent and helpful, and is good at listening to you as well as clearly explaining her diagnosis and her treatments that she suggests for you.

I have never experienced so much comfort in a doctor's office until today. Everyone in the office put me at ease the minute I walked in. I came in feeling helpless and hopeless and am leaving knowing Dr. Osborne is going to help me feel the happiness I am supposed to feel. I was reassured so many times during my appointment that she/her staff will be available no matter when I need help.

My experience with Dr. Osborne was wonderful. She was extremely thorough and took the time to evaluate each and every one of my concerns. She is a great listener and really took my feedback into account, rather than just giving me a cookie cutter treatment. I felt like I was given very individualized attention. Not to mention the entire office and waiting room(s) are beautifully furnished and decorated! The office is very private, and the receptionist and nurse are so kind and professional! I had 0 wait time and was the only patient being seen (no double booking). I will definitely be coming back. Such a positive experience!
