Dr. Deedee Luke, MD

My wife and I joined Dr. Luke’s practice about 3 months ago. One of the best health decisions we ever made. Super knowledgeable with an excellent support staff. I am 80 and my wife is in her early 70s and we are dealing with increasing health problems which they have helped with. Her initial health assessment program is super comprehensive and looks for any and all of your problems. Let me give you an example of why we value her practice. In the early evening recently my wife had a serious sinus attack and bad headache. Dr Luke answered her phone ( unusual for a doctor) and sent a prescription right to the pharmacy. I picked it up at 1030 pm and the medication really helped. That’s what we value. Expert and timely care. I think it’s the future of medicine. Personal care at a reasonable price. Dr. Luke certainly does! Even before she was part of the MDVIP program Dr. Luke always took time to listen and I really felt as though she cared about me as a person, not just as a patient! I can truly say I Love my Doctor...and she loves me as well. The one regret I have is for all the many patients who will not experience this wonderful relationship with my awesome doctor...my friend. The craziest part of this is that...I enjoy going to see my doctor!

Dr Luke is wonderful!!! I hope I never have to change my PCP. I have been going to her for at least nine years and have never had anything but the best of care :-)

I didn't realize how blessed I was to have DeeDee Luke for my doctor until we moved to Arkansas. In 4 years I have not found any as kind, caring and knowledgeable as Dr. Luke. I miss her so much. I regret the move and if I had the chance I'd leave and go back. Nothing is worse than suffering and having bad doctors who don't care. The doctors have treated me shabbily here. Everyone assumes as a new patient in need of medications (especially if you have pain) that you are a drug addict. They take your money, then fire you. Arkansas has to be the worst state for medical care. Do not move here if you can avoid it. Fort Smith is horrible and Fayetteville is not much better. I love and miss my doctor and I just wish I could have her back. She cared about me and was lucky for 8 years to have her. No doctor here gives a da** and they dispose of me quickly. I feel lost without Dr. LUKE.

Dr Luke is good. She has a problem with her staff and communication. We had a great relationship. One unfortunate misrepresented situation ruined it all very uprutly. There was no communication between patient and the doctor. It was VERY POOrly handled by her young inexperienced staff. She must have not cared enough to further understand the situation. This made me think she was more worried about her " office rules" rather then finding the truth odor the situation. VERY poorly handled. Don't count on a true long standing relation ship with her. She is young and has a lot to learn about how to pratice medicine. Her staff is very inefficient and inexperienced. All in all not a good dr to trust .

Staff and office system is awful! Totally unable to EVER speak with anyone. Dr Luke is nice the rest of the office is total ly a nitemare!

Judgmental... Horrible staff... Not available for consutation. Vert strict and unfair office rules. Not recommended

The Staff at this office is Horrrible!!!!!!!You will never be able to speak to the Doctor. You leave a message and it takes almost 24 hours if not longer for a call back. Find another Doctor because of the staff.Dr. is Great!
