Dr. Delaine Patrice Mueller, MD

This "Doctor" has a serious chip on her shoulder. She is unprofessional and has a terrible attitude. When someone comes to the ER in pain, they shouldn't be treated like they just interrupted the Doctor's Netflix binge. I love BSW hospitals and never have I been treated so poorly. She needs a new career as the one she's in requires compassion, patience, and professionalism and she lacks all of the above.

Mandy Terry 1 review 3 days ago I wanted to share this experience I went through with everyone because I feel as though something should be done about dr mueller (if that’s how you spell it). Anyhow, went for extreme vomiting and when I say extreme it was every 2 minutes. She was very RUDE and seemed annoyed about my being there. I had, had a previous experience just a month before and just knew something was wrong this happening twice. She came in asking questions like some how I was faking being sick. I mean come on how in the world do you fake vomiting. First off I was so dehydrated that they had to stick me 5 TIMES before finally they got an IV in. Second, After trying 3 different nausea meds they tried this crazy stuff called haldol and it worked just had very bad side effects from it still to this day. But hey I stopped vomiting. The nurses didn’t even seem to care AT ALL with zero sympathy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN. The doctor did more questioning me about… the meds I was on almost like I was there for pain meds which I never asked for not one time. And never been on any. I take bipolar meds that’s it. She told me everything came back fine. Needless to say I went back to my regular dr the next day and I had a very bad UTI. I specifically asked if my urine came back good and of course she lied. Because the next day when I went to my doctors office I indeed had a uTI. Like in one days time I somehow had developed a UTI. Also, my white blood cell count was elevated. She’s a joke! Seemed to be annoyed that she had to actually do something more then anything. She was very RUDE and even my husband was looking her up in the emergency room because of how nasty her attitude was. This is crazy and I live 2 minutes from the Taylor hospital and will drive all the way to round rock even if I’m on my death bed! Sorry but true! I want something done about HER. She’s not professional at all. Seemed to enjoy walking around more then helping people who are very sick. And yes, I have insurance and regardless that should not matter people go there to get help not to be treated badly. The guy at the front desk was the only one who seemed like he cared!
