Dr. Dmitry Michael Arbuck, MD

I am a person who has suffered with over 9 migraines per month for decades. Dr. Arbuck was very concerned about the safety of the drug I was prescribed due to the way it acts in the system. It constricts vessels. Not a good idea in a 60 yo woman. It could have caused a stroke. I was prescribed a newer injectable that has literally ended my migraines. He has also helped me significantly with back pain and balance issues. Dr Arbuck is the right doctor for the person not looking for a quick fix. He has cutting edge skills and seeks the root cause. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I began seeing Dr. Arbuck about four years ago for a psychiatric condition. I had seen several doctors and been put on countless meds, none of which helped. I had given up hope of ever living a normal life. Dr. Arbuck was able to help me, literally giving me my life back. He seems to genuinely care and is always positive. I highly recommend him and the Indiana Polyclinic.

From my initial visit, Dr. Arbuck understood how to treat me when 18 months of searching for answers and visiting countless doctors including the Cleveland Clinic proved fruitless. He gave me the strength to hope again. Four months later, I have my life back. It’s nothing short of a miracle. I’ll forever be indebted to Dr. Arbuck and the Polyclinic.

Dr. Arbuck is an arrogant and incompetent doctor. He claims to be cutting edge and superior but in reality he is a below average doctor with poor communication skills and poor bedside manner. I tried him out for a year. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I do not recommend him for anyone.

This physician only cares about money and how many extra appointments he can book for you.

Dr. Arbuck is a doctor and I am a doctor. We do not see eye to eye. When I offer a suggestion for my own pain care he dismisses the notion without considering the logic behind the thought, I expect more respect than this clinician offers. Following the “Golden Rule” might be a proper prescription for this fellow.

Yes at first he puts you in the hospital for a week tells ins company it for mental issue when infax it to get you on suboxine and only that

For over 12 yrs, I was treated by Dr Arbuck & team. My very first visit was when he was only a one-doc shop. Followed him through 3 more locations as he grew, became more narcissistic & spent less time with patients. At times, I felt I was getting somewhat better, but Dr Arbuck indicated I'd always suffer from chronic pain & probably had improved as much as possible. I believed him. I truly liked & respected him. Then it was decided by my "team" that I should have spinal cord stimulator implanted. I agreed but had concerns about cost. Checked with acct. who said I could take time to pay, that they knew I ALWAYS PAID MY BILL. Fast forward 8 mos later, the CFO, who I never met, began sending me nasty messages I wasn't paying enough each month. He convinced drs they needed to be rid of me. They concurred, which meant the big guy, Dr Arbuck. I paid thousands upon thousands of dollars to him plus my insurance, remained loyal to him all those years & even referred numerous patients to him.… He is a cold-hearted person. Oh, and he betrayed an early confidence which I should have taken as a strong clue to his character. The good news, though, is I am doing remarkably well, so much better, out of his "care."

I've been seeing Dr Arbuck for a few years wel i should say I've been seeing Linda the PA your lucky to see Dr Arbuck 1 a year but the last time * seen him he made me cry the way he talks to you like he has no feeling for anyone but his wallet he wants you to do all this stuff there not that he explains it to you he orders you to do it or your refusing treatment , like a foot doctor why do i need to see a foot doctor but at lease he got smart and got out of there good for him but back to Dr buck i would put something else but it wont let me but you know what im thinking he's charge services to medicare for things ive had done when i haven't i just cant believe he still in practice he'll just change his name again and move !! No the state of indiana needs to take this guys license away from him and he makes you feel worse than when you first come mental and physical please find a different doctor , at first he make you feel so welcome after 1 or 2 years don't turn your back on him

I would not recomend this pain clinic if you are hoping for help with your pain. There are 2 Dr's that seemed to truly want to help but the others not at all. One of the NP's I saw was the one to prescribe medications. She abruptly stopped me from taking my ADHD med and other meds and caused withdrawls and didn't give any thing to ease off of them . From the 1st visit she treated me like I was a drug addict. I have had 7back surgeries. The clinic is concerned with only seeing how much money they can get out of you. They string you along to keep you coming back. They all want to see you every week to every other week and if you have a co-pay through your insurance, it's not 1 co-pay, it's a co-pay for each person you see on the same day. I've never been to such a place. The office staff is not friendly at all! I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor find a different pain management doctor!
