I was a transfer to Dr. Bannister's practice from Dr. Paul. This was a good move for me: 1. Office accepts Medicare and Humana supplement. 2. Dr. Bannister is personable and straight talker on medical plan for me. 3.Discussed how to address the issues in a gradual measure. 4. Saved my life with what I thought were over testing for my age. (I felt healthy through most of these tests) 5. Surprised by a successful heart bypass. Dr. Bannister was a gift sent from heaven. 6. Surprised many of my friends and neighbors are also her patients. They love her. THANK YOU Dr. Bannister PS-When reading negative reviews on any online issue in your life, check the dates submitted. People change with knowledge of how to improve.

Dr. Bannister was recommended by a friend / co-worker. I've been her patient for several years now. She really listens and is easy to talk to. I've been so pleased with the doctor and her staff.

My husband and I have been patients in this same office with another doctor that is retiring. We asked to be switched to dr Bannister. After waiting over a week to hear if we were worthy to be taken into her practice we received a voice mail saying she couldn’t take any new patients. When returning the call and listening thur the phone prompts one of which is “is you want to be a new patient” press whatever. This lady doesn’t want a patent of this office for over 25 years and one who’s always paid their bills because we will soon be on Medicare. They of course denied this and I honestly don’t want a doctor to treat me that doesn’t want me as a patient. This is elder discrimination pure and simple. Just know if you are young she will gladly take you and your shinny insurance money but you will age one day (as will she) and we do not have a choice on insurance once you reach 65. I’ve never left any kind of negative review like this for any doctor but this is not right. I will find a new… doctor. One that models good health, nutrition, kindness and delivers good health care I will use the rest of my life. Do not go to this doctor. Her staff is rude and you are just a dollar bill to them. Good riddance Dr Bannister and staff. I can do so much better.

Dr. Bannister has been my primary care physician for several years. She is professional and thorough. She takes time to ask questions and listens carefully. She takes patient concerns seriously and follows up until problems are under control. She cares about her patients' well being, and I trust her to do what is best for me.

She is a wonderful and caring physician. She listens and is sensitive to your needs.

Dr. Bannister is wonderful. She always spends the time you need as a patient to go over everything. She is conservative and practical in her treatment approach. A really thoughtful physician. I've recommended several friends to her and all have used her for years.

She is by far the best internist I have had. She is thorough and knowledgable. I have been a patient for almost 10 years and have recommended several others to her - and they love her as well

Dr. Bannister is by far the best family physician we have ever had. She is caring and thorough, and also has good common sense. Her staff is very friendly and efficient whenever I have visited.
