Dr. Denise Katherine Burns, DO

Dr. Burns is compassionate and thorough. She has eased a lot of my pain without meds.

Dr. Burns and her staff are amazingly competent, caring, and both passionate & sympathetic about relieving each person's individual pain, as is my reason for seeing them. Just as was written in a previous review, Dr. Burns has exceptionally talented 'healing hands', as well as a keen mind for diagnosing and assessing exactly what is ailing you down to the most minute detail, and customizes a treatment plan for you based on your experiences (positive & negative responses to treatments) and her experience. Dr. Burns also encourages feedback and regularly adjusts the treatment plan when necessary, always focusing on the comfort of the patient. These qualities of skillied hands, compassion and intellect are equally evident among the residents who work with her in the office. After years of chronic back and neck pain, I have finally begun to see that with the help of Dr. Burns and her team, the possibility of living a life where the pain is a nag rather than debilitating might exist for… the future. While I do not know what the future holds, the point is that Dr. Burns and her team's ability to rapidly & clearly diagnose & treat problems that other doctors for years have given up on and found mysterious has provided me with a great deal of hope. Again, she is a wonderful doctor with a great staff who really care and try to make you as comfortable as possible, remebering who you are, and offering cookies daily. I would recommend Dr. Burns for a variety of ailments to anyone who is suffering from any ailments which she specializes in. Dr. Burns is also very talented in determining what is enough and when, and what is too much.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were always very considerate and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here and the openness and friendy atmosphere makes you feel at home. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Burns and her staff took extremely great care of all my needs and I never felt like I was on a time clock..They alway called me promptly and were able to help me when other physicians had give up...I would highly recommend her and her practice to any patients. She is definitely worth the wait and i have recommended my family members as i am pain free now and… have tried everything. She has magic hands and great knowledge and is an innovative in non invasive technologies

I wish I could give Dr. Burns 5 stars. She is an amazing osteopath. We have been patients of hers for nearly 7 years. I credit her with finally resolving constant ear and sinus infections, avoiding repeated antibiotics, relieving severe pain, and being a wonderful human being.

THE OFFICE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE RECEPTIONIST MIKE WAS MOST INFORMATIVE ON EDUCATING ME ON WHAT DOCTOR BURNS DOES AND OBTAINING A PRECERT FOR ME. THE FOLLOW UP THAT WAS GIVEN BY BOTH DR BURNS AND MIKE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO BOTH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

My son suffered from allergies and asthma, and repeated ear and sinus infections. Years ago, we were running out of antibiotics for him, when a friend recommended osteopathic treatment to "drain" sinuses and ears naturally. Well, 8 years later, we ALL see Dr. Burns for everything from congestion to neck and shoulder pain, and she never fails to make us feel better. She is a gifted healer, and really listens to her patients.
