Dr. Denise Marie Elser, MD

I have seen Dr. Elser for over 15 years and can say she is anything but rude and heartless. If it weren't for her, I would likely not be alive today. She is kind, caring and has been there to walk me through some of the most painful conditions I've had since childhood. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

She is a very bitter person. I would not advise anyone to get treatment from her. She gives advice so she can profit from it. She does not like children and has a very nasty attitude. My experience with her was very unpleasant.

Dr Elser doesn't care about her patients, no personality and very rude. I asked questions and she completely ignored them and asked what my insurance was in mid sentence. I felt very rushed with no answers. I guess money is more important than the whole person being treated.

Dr Denise Elser took her time with me and comforted me even though I was a nervous wreck when I first arrive. She figure out my problem right away, and finally gave me hope. I highly recommend her

I saw Dr Elser for the first time having problem and she took actually 2 min to examine me and spent 2 min in office with me wanting to set up urodymatic test. I actually spent more time with her nurse asking questions that Dr Elser didn’t have time for me. I went to my gynecologist who I have seen for many years and he examined me and spent a half hour talking saying that I did not need surgery Dr Elser recommended and had other options to try like medicine etc. go and get a second opinion it saved me from unnecessary surgery would have made my condition worse.

This doctor don’t care about her Patients she takes a 2 minutes talking about your Health and rest of it she give you instruction on piece of paper for you to figure out she change me 25000 Dallas cash for the procedure I was in pain for 3 weeks just to find out my Condition Is worse than before my procedure she make me feel so uncomfortable when she was performing the procedure by talking with her staff about movie that she watch over the weekend not focusing on her performance and making unprofessional jokes about it when I come back for Check up she told me she will have to repeat the Procedure using different technique and I have to pay for it again. I left 3 messages for her to call me She never did I never in my life meet Doctor like her I strongly believe she should change her career and also suggest stay away from her

I have had two unsuccessful hemorrhoidectomies and have been suffering with them daily for three years. I’ve researched for a solution for just as long. Today, Dr. Elsner gave me new hope and explained something to me about my condition that I never heard about. No more unnecessary surgery for this gal. She wasn’t only knowledgeable, she was also very kind. I have zero complaints and recommend that any woman suffering from hemorrhoids pay her a visit.

Bedside manner is severely lacking in this doctor. She spent all of 5 minutes talking to me and completely misdiagnosed my issue with a cursory pelvic exam. I had been seeing another doctor and she belittled his diagnosis when she was just as incorrect. Also, she recommended a (useless) compounded ointment that set me back $100. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

I am an rn and have come across plenty of physicians but I don’t think I have ever met anyone as rude as her. I don’t care about her ability because I wouldn’t let anyone with her attitude come near me. Look elsewhere because there are Drs. With a much more caring attitude out there who don’t make you feel like you are bothering them.

This doctor actually mood and waited me. I’ve had between 11 and 13 reconstructive surgeries, and approximately 30 procedures to go along with it. She comes off friendly and like she listens but once your damage, she has her staff hang up on you and lies like this doctor actually muted and waited me. Run go find a good surgeon, Dr Brett Vassalo lutheran General Hospital fantastic ! All the doctors I’ve had to go for surgery with Noe about the case because she was so careless

I went to Dr. Elser after experiencing some minor stress incontinence. Had all tests done and she advised surgery, with no other option. Went to my own physician who suggested that I try physiotherapy and did follow with therapy. Feeling better and therapy is working. Not rushing into surgery and want to give therapy a chance. I felt that Dr. Elser should have let me try therapy first. I felt very rushed to have surgery which has several side effects that could make me worse.

All I can say is Stay far away! The worst! I'm still suffering from her surgery!

I have been suffering with Urinary incontinence and Prolapse for years & have had surgery in the past but it didn't work. I appreciated that Dr. Elser sat with me in the consultation room after the exam. We looked at pictures that helped me understand what was going on & what my options were. She explained the non-surgical choices and different surgical choices and then told me what one she recommended. I did not feel rushed. I felt at ease. Although, I am nervous to have surgery again. I am sure that I picked the right surgeon.

Dr. Elser inspires me to do my best in my own life and know as much about my own health as possible.

Never ever in my life..... She hurts me so much ..... I need third reconstructive surgery to function. Be careful.

I have recommended her to several people who I know have followed through and seen her. RE: *PROMPTNESS... if it were possible for her to be "prompt"... she would be! The thing that impressed me is that if you (as the patient) needed additional time or specific questions answered- YOU GOT IT! I feel that a good doctor (in her case phenominal) is worth the wait! She's an awesome and caring individual as well! RE: *COURTEOUS STAFF... There is ONE gal who is ANYTHING BUT POLITE and/or courteous! She's downright RUDE! I feel that mentioning her name would be inappropriate, because... SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS and... so does the remainder of the "AWESOME" office staff! My guess??? She's somebody's relative (which is why she gets away with it). I felt that ONE bad apple out of a bushel was worth it. If when I phoned the office "she answered" ... I HUNG UP and called back! Yep, that's what I did! Did I have any favorites there? hmmm... let me see: AIMEE, ELSIE, JORDAN... and many (many) others who's names unfortunately I've forgotten! But, the RUDE one... I'll NEVER forget HER or her name! I wasn't there to see her anyway... Dr. ELSER was the purpose of my visit(s) :-D
