Dr. Denise Octaviani, DO

Would give zero stars if possible. She should loose her medical license. I'm actually debating suing her. This was the WORST experience I've ever had with a doctor. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, the list goes on. She had her gloves on that she was going to be examining me with while she was touching the cabinets and other, very clearly dirty, items in the room. The examination room itself was dusty and she dropped the device she was going to examine me with on the floor and didn't get a new one. She also very painfully and forcefully examined me. She did not give me a warning when the exam was about to begin, which therefore caused me to wince in pain. She also refused to cooperate with the insurance when they told her she had billed improperly. She then submitted an outstanding balance to a potentially fraudulent collection agency, when I had paid her out of pocket for the visit. Not to mention, she screamed at me over the phone when I reached out to her… asking about the billing issues and hung up. I tried to call her back multiple times but she ignored me. I only came to this office out of desperation, but would have rather delayed care if it meant not dealing with her. Please save yourself the trouble, and never come here.

Dr Octiviani and her staff are great. They genuinely care about the well being of the patient. I’ve been going there for a long time. Each time they treat me with the utmost respect and concern.

I have been going to her for 3 years and she has changed my life. Especially with my chronic pain. She also has helped me get off an opioid addiction. I am very glad I found her. She listens and cares. She is only rude with people that are rude to her. She has always treated me with respect.

I cant believe she still has her license.. I went to Dr. Octaviani for suboxone treatment and suboxone was all I received...No professional treatment, reguard for me, didnt make or push me to go to meetings.. Would briefly ask how I was doing and then cut me off and talk about her kids and what she did that week and so on. She was just a way to get Subs, 12mgs for 6 months wasnt cut down or mentioned once. If you want to go to a doctor for Subs and strictly that, no other care, she is the doctor. But dont expect her to abide by doctor-patient confidentiality, she has a BIG MOUTH and talks about patients to other patients, staff and whoever else. VERY unprofessional doctor its unbelievable to me she still practices medicine.

Dr. octaviani is an excellent doctor, she is thorough, caring, and does what she has to do to give the best treatment to her current and future patients.

Dr.Octaviani is nice if you're nice. If you're not nice, she won't tolerate you after she let you know that you have to change your behavior or will have to go. She treats normal people and drug addicts and she's over protective of her regular patients from her drug addicts patients. Drug Addicts always say bad things of her when she kicks them out of her Program which is one of the best but you have to be serious if you go to her. If you behave and are honest with her, she's very good at helping with your addiction. Honesty and manners are very important to her.

This was without a doubt the worst provider I have ever come into contact with. She was rude and completely unprofessional. The treatment that she provided me with was so bad I would go so far as to say it was criminal. I wrote a letter to OPMC and the AMA regarding her conduct. I don't believe she should have a license to practice medicine.

I started going to Dr. Octavani a year ago.I've been very happy with my care under thedoctor.

I had to leave this Dr ..She told others that know me all about my care ....she is NOT a Dr you can trust ...She is also very free with perscription drugs.

Dr. Octaviani is the worst doctor I have ever come across. She is not a doctor I would trust to handle any medical problem; not even toe fungus. In my opinion she is extremely unprofessional. If you go there it would be wise to pack a lunch or snack because you can expect to be there a very long time, unneccesarily. I believe she only sees her patients during commercials for daytime television. Also, if you try to call the office don't expect to speak to someone in person, you'll usually get an answering machine and if you leave a message it may be weeks before you here back. She is not someone I would take my mother or children to either. She is extremely unethical. I would be very surprised if she actually has a medical license. I was told by her office staff that the Department of Health is coming down hard on her. She just has no idea how to even manage her practice or her patients. If you are thinking of seeing this doctor I would run the other way as fast as you can. If you are… already a patient I would be very afraid and look for a different doctor. A mistake she made with me could have cost me my life.Thank you for taking the time to read this.
