Dr. Yardley is board certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine and has been with Tennessee Oncology since 2000. Dr. Yardley comes to us from The University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center, where she served on the faculty as an Assistant Professor as well as the director of Medical Oncology at the UT Center for Breast Care. Dr. Yardley completed medical school at the Medical College of Georgia. Both her residency and fellowships in Hematology and Medical Oncology were completed at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Yardley specializes in breast cancer and hematology. She also holds memberships in the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Cancer Society, American Society for Breast Disease, American College of Physicians, and the American Society of Hematology. Dr. Yardley has had the prestigious honor of receiving the American Cancer Society Clinical Oncology Career Development Award.Dr. Yardley sees patients …in our Centennial Medical Center Office.

Went into the hospital with heart failure. Day one, while I wasn’t even in my room, I was down stairs having a procedure done, she comes in my room and tells my wife and son I’m dying from liver failure.! And I’d never seen this woman once at all.! Then she charged my insurance. Day two I confronted her about it and she lied and said she didn’t say that. She did. And had my wife and son so upset they were crying when I came back into my room. Then day two when she stood there and lied to my face., she charged my insurance. I’d say Dr. Yardley is a total SCUMBAG. AND A TOTAL DISGRACE TO THE PROFESSION. No other job come you just make up nonsense to a customer, then charge them. You’d be fired.!! Total disgrace.!!

Tn oncology on 25th Nashville tn is the most horrible place. Arrived at appt, at 12:20 and went through triage within 15 minutes and then the game begins. Placed in examining room where I waited for three hours for Dr Yardley. This was not the first time I waited but it will be the last. maybe she is overwhelmed but my time is valuable too.

Dr Yardley is a very knowledgeable, compassionate , kind physician.Great bedside manners.She listens very attentively to your symptoms and follow up with promtness. I highly recommend her.We worked as a team and my questions are always answered, in addition she dedicates time to me during my visits.Although I know she is busy she never lets you believe that.What a blessing to have her as my oncologist.

Dr Denise Yardley is definitely the best doctor that I have ever had to deal with. She is truly the professional and completely knows her stuff. If I could, I would nominate her for the Best Doctor of the Century Award.

Dr. Denise A. Yardley has got to be the BEST doctor that I've ever met or had dealings with. The care and concern that she shows for a patient is true, deep from the heart, concern. She will go the extra mile to make a patient feel taken care of. I hold the highest respect and gratitude for all she does and continues to do. If there was ever a Doctor of the Century, it should be her. Thank You, Dr. Yardley ... for being everything a physician should strive to be. You are truly THE BEST!!!!
