If you are looking for an office with consistently rude office staff that runs extremely late AND makes you fill out repetitive information even when you are already in their EMR and verified online then this is the office for you! Dr. Gray himself is great but the rest of the experience is simply awful.

MY FRIEND IS A PATIENT AND SHE HAS BEEN TREATED SO SO RUDE BY GREY AND HIS STAFF. SHE HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFERRAL TO U OF L FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS. IF YOU ARE DISABLED EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE PIG FECES.

At first appt he supported my psych’s request for blood work/echo to ensure I was able to resume ADHD meds and said he had no problem prescribing them himself. Test results came back healthy but in follow-up Dr. Gray did a 180, forgot who I was, didn’t read my charts, didn’t review test results, criticized psych’s diagnosis, told me “major depression is meaningless,” forgot we did blood work and told me do it again. Asked if I could resume ADHD meds, he said “no, come back when you have a job.”

My Wife & I have been seeing DR. Gray since 1986 we both believe in him has one of the Doctors in Kentucky, we moved to Florida for five and we would fly back to se him every there to four months for our check ups.

I really don't like having to write a negative review but I must be honest. Dr, Gray is one of the worst doctors I have ever visited. He is cold, makes the patient feel like a bother and doesn't even make eye contact. He doesn't listen and tries to rush out of the room before the patient is able to say anything. He wants to write a prescription before he even knows what's wrong. How can something be treated if it is unknown.? He just seems like he doesn't care and wants to go home or something! The staff is even worse. They are rude, hateful and even downright MEAN!! Calls are not returned, most of the time they don't even answer, test results are never known or "lost". It's unbelievable!! I had some kind of heart test and I could never get in touch with them to find out the results so I went to the office. A member of the staff told me that I had NOT had the test! I told her I most certainly did and that I needed to see my doctor for the results. She kept telling me that I never had… the test. I finally just left because she was getting loud and everybody in the waiting area was looking at me and shaking their heads, like they knew what I was going through with her. I heard people saying they had been there for 1 1/2 hours and still hadn't been seen! I will NEVER go back to that so-called doctor again! Totally ridiculous!! The ONE star isn't deserved but it wouldn't let me submit without it.

Dr Gray is wonderful MD, I also like the NP Nena. The staff is very pleasant and someone is always ready to help you. I would reccommend this office to anyone. Thank you for such great service and caring.

I would not recommend this doctor's office. Dr. Gray needs to do something about his staff (except for the nurse practitioner, Nena, she is really nice and professional). The out-patient scheduling is horrible. They do not call back and they are mean when you ask questions. If you didn't have a question they are as nice as can be. They don't answer the phone and they rarely return phone calls. They have used the excuse. "I called you but it asked for a code so I had to hang up". How is that? Nobody else has ever had a problem calling me. What is bad about Dr. Gray is that you can't talk to him about an important issue or anything for that matter unless you make an appointment to see him.
