Dr was Great, staff and wait were AWFUL

I have seen dr. Roberts for a good 5 yrs or so. I absolutely love him. He takes time to listen to you and make sure you are informed with all the information you need or want. He doesn't rush you in and out like some doctors which makes him run late, however I get the same time for myself as other patients do and he is definitely worth waiting on. As a matter of fact, he is the only dr I will wait on very long. Very friendly and listens well. If you can plan for your appt time to be after the actual scheduled time I say you should see him at least once and you will go back!

Dr. Roberts is one of the most caring individuals. He thinks about his patients number one. He listens and tries to help to the best in his ability. it doesn't matter if you have insurance or if you are self pay, he treats everybody the same there is no differents in the quality of care that you receive! not only does he take care of me, he also took care of my mother before she passed, he takes care of 2 of my sisters and my father which at 3 strokes! He is 1 of the best doctors you are ever find! I'm very proud that he is my doctor, and my family!

Dr. Roberts was very easy to talk to. He has an excellent bedside manner. He doesn't beat around the bush, he gets to the point without needing to "hold your hand".The staff is very friendly and actually sit down and talk to you if you need it.
