Been a patient for years. I've found Dr. Occhipinti to be knowledgeable and caring. He's always found a remedy for any of my throat issues. Terrific bedside manor.

When i called to get the results from my sleep study, the staff was unfriendly and uncourteous and when i asked if I could get the files sent she said "You don't need that, it's for doctors" in a rude tone. They were impatient and were not helpful. It was the rudest medical staff experience I have ever had. And when I discussed it with Dr. Occhipinti he told me that i was "Psychologically projecting", mean it was ME who was being rude. I was appalled. RUDIEST MEDICAL PRACTICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Dr. O has been treating my children and now my grandchildren for 28 years. He is great in every aspect of his work. The follow-up of his patients after surgery in remarkable, he truly does care for his patients.
