He is very caring and listens to your concerns. Very professional, his staff is very friendly and caring as well.

I am so thankful to have found Dr Moore. He is an amazing dr and has the best staff in any medical office I have ever been in.

Nurses and front office workers are just plain rude and abnoxious. They were so impatient with me, yet they yapped about nonsense instead of working. Doctor is just okay. He seems to care but he is not good at following up though. He takes note about your concerns, then when you go back next visit and bring up the concerns from last visit his note magically disappear and he does not remember anything you've discussed. I'd say find a better doctor. Dr Moore is just okay, but his staff is so horrible that it's enough for me to find a new pediatrician.

Dr. Moore is good but his nurse staff and front desk ladies are abrasive at the Fort Apache office. They have no bedside manner with kids or their parents. One nurse smokes and her scrubs reek of this, then she holds newborns and it isn't a good situation. When your kids smell of smoke after she holds them it is very horrible. While waiting to be seen the staff and nurses constantly talking bad about parents who call or who have just been in the office - they are not professional or care. Also they rarely answer the phone sometimes you never get through for hours.
