Dr. Derek Noel Mattimoe, MD

Was a patient for 15 years. Care was always good but doc has become cold, rushing visits, chronically runs extremely late, uncaring and more importantly fails to do necessary testing for male prostate cancer. I am no longer a patient as his neglectful care has left my family member with metastatic prostate cancer. I advise all patients to advocate for their health and seek medical care with another physician. This doctor should not even be in practice. If I could rate him a “ZERO” I would.

Only meets with you for 3 minutes, charges you for 40 minutes...very very expensive doctor no matter what insurance company you have. Appointments are very rushed.

A Doctor above and beyond others in the field. Always nails diagnosis and makes sure everything else is well. Makes sure prescriptions are affordable and will give office samples if available.

Annoyed with any patients who have suggestions or who try to be their own advocate. Too many other good doctors out there. Nice office.

Dr. Mattimoe became my family doc after doctor Fishkin retired. I really miss Dr. Fishkin however, Dr. M in the same practice has turned out to be thorough and very giving of his time.
