Dr. Dharmesh S Mehta, MD

I am not sure how he is practicing medicine and treating patients. He is definitely abusing his power, very rude to his patients, very demeaning. Rude, obnoxious and likes to yell and put people down. Never ones sympathetic to a patients needs, never asks how are you doing, how can I help you feel better, nothing. Sits there and waits for you(the patient) to tell him his job. His PA is just as bad. To bad his staff is nice, professional and respectful.

This doctor is very unprofessional. He had door wide open breaking my patient privacy! He didn't explain any medical plan to help me with pain! He needs to go back to medical school in US medical school for Hippocratic review!

This place is a rip off. Charge 25.00 bucks just took look at paperwork not even fill it out. Ripping people off.

Dr. Mehta is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He yells to his staff in other rooms, the doors to the exam rooms remain open at all times so their is no privacy at all. He leaves the room several times to go to other patients while he's treating you, he's clearly going from patient to patient trying to see as many patients as he can. Both of his offices are old and rundown. The waiting room has a headless manikin wearing scrubs and a back brace, not sure if he's selling scrubs or back braces but neither would surprise me. Dr. Mehta has insulted me on several occasions and when I confronted him about he said "this is my office, I'll say what I want". His staff just shake their heads behind his back and apologize for his behavior every time he leaves the room. This man clearly only cares about making money and not about helping people with their pain. In my opinion the only reason he has a practice is because he's prescribing narcotics.

I have been a patient of Dr Mehta's for several years. He is always compassionate and his staff works very hard to stay on time. I have found his professional advise to be very helpful and beneficial for my ongoing pain management. I have recommended Dr Mehta to others and will continue to do so.

This Dr. Had a horrible bedside manner. He treated me with disrespect and he acted awful towards me.

When I took my prescriptions to get them filled the pharmacist said that an obsolete prescription form had been used. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

There was a problem with my prescriptions with the staff and the new PA Neisha at The Covina office they were all confused and couldn’t get my prescriptions right . I requested to speak to Dr Metha so they got him on the phone and all the Dr. did was yell and tell me to go to emergency,and was very rude and would not give me a chance to speak or get a word in edge wise. I feel this is very unprofessional for a Dr. not to listen or let his patient speak, it seems to me that they didn’t care about the pain I’m in, OR what dr. Mehta had requested for MEE of my medications and pain in our conversation a couple days beforehand !!....

This Dr. is always in a hurry. His staff when scheduling my appointment told me to go to the wrong location and also failed to tell me to bring my medication bottles with me to the appointment. When I finally got to the right location I was told the Dr. would probably not refill my prescriptions!!!

I think that dr. Mehta and his staff are very kind and very very helpful if I have any questions or any problems they help me with everything there and they are very compassionate you don't find very many doctors offices any more like dr metha's.They have done more for me in the past 4 months than anybody else has done in the past 5 years and I appreciate that more than I can ever say. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for making my quality of life more bearable.
