Dr. Diana M Burda, MD

Her nurses are ignorant They leave the patient waiting while they were talking and joking with each other then when you want to check in or make appointment they give you a big attitude

Dr, Burda is always attentive and efficient. She is easy to talk to and listens,

Very disappointed in Dr. Diana M. Burda because she didn’t listen and provided a poor plan of care. She mentioned I had a very red throat and I thought that was odd because it didn’t hurt. Told me to take a z-pack as it was possibly a minor case of strep (even though that test came back negative). She barely looked me over and seemed to brush it off. That night I woke up in severe pain and called up a different doctor the next day in the same network. I went to a different doctor 12 hours later and this doctor said almost the opposite of everything Dr. Burda said. He immediately got me scheduled for an ultra-sound and blood test of my thyroid and ordered a follow up with an ENT as well. He was able to provide a plan of care that would actually give me answers rather than shrugging shoulders and assuming it was nothing even though the patient is stating they are in severe pain unlike anything felt before. I feel that Dr. Diana M. Burda was unsure of the diagnosis and just gave… some random one because she was too proud to say “I don’t know” and to refer me elsewhere. I would have preferred a referral to a specialist if she was unsure especially due to the unique situation and severity of my pain. I will not be seeing this doctor again nor would I recommend to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Burda for years. She takes the time to listen and put thought into what your health problem is or might be. At one time her office staff wasn't the best, but for the last year or so, it's been very organized. I would highly recommend Dr Burda.

office is poorly run. poor follow through, the patient is the one that does the follow up. they take no initiative. no hours on their phone line, and then the ones that are posted online are incorrect. brought to their attention, they state they wish not to disclose their hours on their recording. complaints brought to business manger's attention, nothing is fixed, still going on for over a year.

Worst office I've dealt with. I've left many messages to get a prescriptions refilled and the office never calls back. They told me their too busy.

Office staff is very non profrosional intetiurniing calls and in answeriing questions

Just called...4.20 pm recording states i'm 4th in line, then 3rd in line, then 2 in line...25 minutes have passed. Hung up and called again, abt 5.10 pm 4th in line, 3, rd in line 2nd in line, then I'm next. Well 38 minutes have passed and no one picks up. I had previously told them (3 times) the option that's suppose to tell you what hours they are open, does not state the option. Now when you call, there is NO OPTION AT ALL TO TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE OPEN. Poor staff management.

Never again will I go there!!!!! Unprofessional dirty place looked as if it hasn't been cleaned for decades! Staff members look at you as if they hate their life! Made me wait 2hours for my appointment and I was a new patient! The reason I waited is because o was in pain and needed my prescription, which they totally screwed up! I had to call the pharmacy and their office numerous times which led all the way til after they closed their office and had to call the emergency staff member on call which after thousands of attempts from other staff members I finally got. Hold of dr Burda herself answering. Never never never will I go there EVER! They had a nurse work on me which I knew she didn't know what the heck she was doing and made me more in pain! After she noticed she caused an infection she called a nurse practitioner because all the doctors left that day!!! This place needs to be closed down!!!

Dr. Burda is a great Doctor, with a network of Doctors that are second to none
