Dr. Diane M. Heidmann, MD

Pleaded with the staff to be seen, but after arriving 12 min late to my appointment, I was deemed too tardy to be seen even though it was a sick visit. The doctor would try to squeeze me in, but an hour an a half later, I’m still waiting and hurting. Not much compassion here. I wish the doctor would have spoke to me face to face instead of sending staff back and forth. It would have been nice to know her strict late policy, too, when I made the appointment. Ironically, I was charged when I arrived and already paid for the visit.

If you suffer from anxiety she won't even see you regardless of what you're meeting her for. Very strange but I understand everyone has their specialty

Dr. Heidmann was not helpful in providing medical answers. She simply wrote my issues off and lacked concern for the patient.

Dr. Heidmann spent so much time with me asking questions about my health history, I was very impressed. She was kind, thorough, and I never felt rushed. I would recommend her to anyone. My opinion is she's VERY intelligent and well versed in her field. Most satisfied with her.

Dr. Heidmann is spends time with her patients and is easy to contact and communicate with if you need to contact her.
