Dr. Dianna Elizabeth Abney, MD

I requested and paid to know my what my daughter’s blood type is. I have called the office several times and the wait time to speak with someone is significant. When an employee answers the phone, they are typically very rude. I am still awaiting an answer. I requested that Dr. Abney contact me so that I could provide her with this feedback directly in lieu of writing. Obviously that didn’t happen. Perhaps she’s too busy to care or is totally disinterested in speaking with clients. I want you to be aware that being unresponsive and your rude staff are the reasons we will no longer support your business. My advice to new patients, seek a Professional Practice.

This doctor and her office staff are the absolute WORST!!! I couldn't get my 17 month old an appointment at Dr. Abney's Waldorf office (Cambridge Pediatrics) the last 4 times I've called, which resulted in taking her to Patient First. Her office staff is young, rude under experienced children who could care less about a single person that walks through their doors. I've never been seen on time...or even close to on time, always at least an hour wait. The office itself is old, out dated and filthy. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT take your child to Cambridge Pediatrics or any of Dr. Abney's worthless doctors, you'll be grateful you went elsewhere.

Dr. Abney has been my kids' doctor since my now 14 year old was 3 days old. She is the most professional and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She has always taken the time to be there for us, comfort us, and to keep us fully informed at every step of our childrens' growth. We love her (and her staff).
