I notice that one person gave a one star review. It must not be acceptable. I am a physician of very high standards and I find it irresponsible to list list complaints that have to do with office staff management. Dr. Dicken Ko, MD, elected to transfer his Clinical and Adminsitrative acumen for the benefit of St. Elizabeth's Hospital Center, a Tufts Medical School Affiliate. He brought with him three areas of expertise: 1. Urological Medicine and Surgery at the highest level as an Individual and Clinician 2. The knowledge and experience and lengthy training for the discipline of Transplantation Surgery benefitting all patients. His recent successful skill and knowledge was world publicized: First Penile Transplant Surgery, to a gentleman who claims he is functioning as before. A localized cancer of the penile head and subsequent amputation of the distal portion of Penile Organ prevented a total amputation. 3. The ability of Dr. Ko, to communicate with all… patients, quickly and efficiently in understandable language give respect and understanding to each of us and all the patients I have referred to him at two of Boston's major academic centers. Dr. Dicken Ko, MD, is a treasure that allows St. Elizabeth's to celebrate the excellent Healthcare Staff in every department. Had follow up ultrasound 3 weeks ago still no follow up from his office regarding my test results in spit of being told I'd be contacted

Very cordial, easy to discusss issues with and very exoerienced.

Doctor did not rush, took time to listen before asking related questions and ordering tests that led to a finding of cancer which because of his initial work is in remission
