My experience with these doctors is the best I could ever ask for. We have a family history of basal cells, so I am with these doctors every 3 months. Not only do they find and remove the skin cancers, but each one is treated with a high level of skill with their plastic surgery. The staff is so helpful and professional...I really look forward to my appointments!

Dr. Massry and Dr. Eaton are each very professional and yet they are never condescending. They take the time to explain the diagnosis and have very friendly bedside manners. Both are down to earth yet one feels confident in their care. One could not ask for more in a physician!!

Dr. Massry has skillfully diagnosed two basal cell skin cancers and helped me clear up my skin and acne scarring. I am not generally one to put my trust 100% in someone however I truly trust that Dr. Massry really cares about providing the best care for her patients while listening to their concerns and working within their comfort zone.

She is a blue cross blue shield provider but refused to submit claim on my behalf for mole removal even after sending samples to pathologist for diagnosis that was never explained. Charged me $500.00 for 15 minutes of work. I am now submitting my own claim and am awaiting reimbursement. Had to ask the pathologist for my report and never received a call from Doctor or staff explaining the report so had to go to another dermatologist for explanation.

I was recommended to Dr. Dina Massry by a close friend, so I decided to go for a skin check. The front desk staff at Del Mar MED was very helpful and I waited only minutes before seeing Dr. Massry. Both Dr. Massry and her nurse were very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable while every inch of my body was checked. Within the first minute of my skin check, Dr. Massry noticed the smallest red bump in my hairline which I would have sworn was nothing more then a tiny pimple. Luckily for me, Dr. Massry's fine eye had just caught what turned out to be the beginnings of basal cell. Dr. Massry called me to explain my results and was incredibly supportive, taking her time to explain exactly how to proceed from there. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Massry, had she not caught the basal cell so early I dread to think what could have resulted.
