Dr. Dino C Constantinou, MD

I’ve been with Dr C for 23 of his 25 years of practice and as I site here waiting to be seen, I am contemplating finding a new PCP. Not because of him, but because of his rude, incompetent reception staff. The doctor is great. Are there long waits? Yes, though in my 2 decades of seeing him I can attest that it’s due to his thoroughness in the exam room and his desire to be available for all of his patients. He’s willing to listen, do EKG and other tests when he sees something that doesn’t seem right and not afraid to provide care even when he has to fight the insurance company to cover the care. On the other hand his receptionist, the cold and condescending Donna once formed my call looking for an antibiotic for my sinus infection as med seeking for narcotics (no, I’m not kidding), refuses to provide a simple service like emailing a doctor’s note and talks down to me in the most sarcastic of tones. I am biased because I did voice my frustration at her confusing an antibiotic… request for a narcotics request but being routinely snapped at and occasionally hung up on is no way to treat clients. Hoping to get through to Dr C, though in this economy he likely has a limited pool of qualified applicants to choose from. Go there for the doctor but beware the receptionist. She’s nasty.

Waited a very long time, the visit is very short. not much check up or examination done !!

I am always on time or a bit early but I always have to wait anywhere from 45mins to an hour and a half and he is never able to do anything for me anyway.one time I got called in right away,got my vitals taken,then an hour and 10 mins later he popped his head in and said oh, I forgot you were in here.and why do I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for something serious?!

Dr. C has been my doctor since for 20 years and he is very compassionate and very helpfull in getting me the best help needed. though I now live 45 minutes away, I wouldn't go anywhere else as he has proven to me over the long term that he is truly interested in his patients well being. I highly recommend him to all that read this. when you speak to him you can see him quietly analyzing in depth the situation and possible remedies which have always proven to be successful for me.

Dr Constantinou is very nice and takes the time with his patients...his staff of two secretarys and one ma...Shakena is very nice and polite, and Kelly is a very nice MA and has always tried to help me and very polite.my complaint is the doctor is way over booked and you should not have to plan on spending several hours at the doctors office.this is not fare to the pt some of his staff has been very rude and disrespectful to me at times.

HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. 'D' FOR ABOUT 16 YEARS AND THINK HE IS THE BEST. KIND COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD NOT GO TO ANYONE ELSE. IF HE DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWER OR HAS A QUESTION HE GOES AND RESEARCHES AND GETS THE ANSWER.

Dr. C has been receptive and listens to my complaints. he is knowledgeable, and has helped me manage my conditions. He came highly recommended to be from my retiring Dr. and several friends. I would highly recommend to anyone else.

I like Dr. Dino and the girls are nice BUT my biggest complaint is that you need a half day to see him. He should get a NP. Its at least an hour wait in the waiting room then an hour in the room...
