Over the last 55 years, Dr. Ferrante is easily in the Top 3 doctors I have ever been associated with. I could go on and on about his complete care, beside manner, follow-ups, professionalism and compassion toward his patients. He shows genuine concern for you. My wife thinks he hung the moon !!!

I've never been sedated for one and having him as my new Dr.,we discussed this option for my 4th. scope,which he deemed necessary . I was first knocked out for my endoscopy,but was awake for my colonoscopy. We talked during it and he did biopsies (which don't hurt). I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of both procedures,even though I only watched one. Anyway,he's fun to talk with during a scope and has a wonderful bedside manner. The only downside is waiting for my biopsy results,which he will phone me about,since he calls his patients and discusses results. Dr. Ferrante is an exceptionally wonderful Dr. and I highly recommend him. And for the 10% of the population who want a drug free scope,he's your man!

I recently moved here from New Bern NC and wanted a good GI Doc. My cousin and Dr. Grimm,from Chapel Hill recommended him. I really like him,he's quite,friendly and definitely put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrante for all your GI needs.

Dr. Ferrante is one of the most down to earth physicians I have ever been to. He treats his patients as if they are family members. He is very knowledgeable and relates the process he will go through while he is treating you. Love, love him!!!
