Dr. Dixon Robison

The doctor was fine. However, the receptionist was so rude and terrible that I will never return. I questioned whether she required my ssn (I was polite and simply asked if I could leave that line blank, as I prefer not to give out that info) and she snapped at me about people not paying bills and basically accused me of planning to stiff the doctor before I even got into his office. In the end, I nearly didn’t pay the bill because after all that, she entered the wrong address into my file so I didn’t receive the bill. Perhaps she’s just incompetent, but I actually suspect that she did it on purpose in a spiteful attempt to hurt my credit, all because I had the nerve to ask about why they needed my ssn and how they store the information. I do not recommend this office— and honestly if my credit monitoring picks up anything suspicious in Butte, I’m confident that it will be because of this office. The doctor would do well to fire his receptionist (it was an older woman). Best… case she is rude and incompetent. Worst case, she’s rude and actually going out of her way to hurt patients.

Office staff just above rude, doc brusque, did not treat me with kindness. I am a Medicare-Medicaid patient and worked in healthcare all my working life. I would NEVER treat patients in this manner. Method of payment should be irrelevant.

I love this doctor but he isn't covered by my health insurance...Makes me sad , he is a wonderful doctor

was seen in your office for a bump on my arm.was told it was nothing just to pick at it and it would fall off. 4 months later went to a real doctor and was removed and it was cancer.now i am waiting to see a surgeon so they can take measurements. you are a terribe doctor, terrible bed side manners and i would not recommend you to my dog.

I was hoping that this doctor would be different than other doctors here in Butte, but they all belong to the "good O' boys" and these doctors will not treat a medicare and medicaid patients like they do for the ones that can pay for the service, or has better insurance. At that Dr. Robinson does as little as he can for you. I do not recommed this doctor at all drive a little bit further to get a skin doc. Specially if you have grovenment health insurance.
