Dr. Don DeArmitt is the most patient and thorough doctor I have ever been to in my life, I am 71 years old.. He’s been mine and my children’s GP for almost 20 years and I wouldn’t want to go to any other.. He’s soft spoken, respectful, and understands my every need.: All I ask is that he does not retire until I do.. Thank you

I've been seeing Dr. Dearmitt since I moved to Harrisburg 6 years ago. I no longer live in Harrisburg, I moved about an hour north of there. I still continue to make the long drive down because he is such a great doctor. He is an excellent listener, always looks you in the eye, and always responds to what you talk about. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I have been to this practitioner at least three times and my wife at least twice. Each time, he refused to prescribe any medication. He told us to "drink water and ride it out." I refuse to see him anymore or anyone else in my family. Don't waste your time unless you like to pay for an office visit to be told to drink water. He should have go into holistic health or some anti-medication alternative medical practice.

Dr DeArmitt is a very caring and capable physician. I have been his patient since he began working at Family Medicine of Forest Hills / (now) Pinnacle Family Practice of Lower Paxton. He has always taken the time needed to thoroughly examine my condition and has done the research to find treatments that make my condition controlled. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities as well as respect and gratitude for his willingness to put the patient first. Anyone who is his patient is lucky to this caliber of physician in their corner.

I have a complex medical situation. There are no cures yet I need a doctor who listens and who does not just disregard other possible illness's. He spent a great deal of time with me on the several 0ccasions I ventured into his office. The staff is a bit on the non personal side. They seem as if they can't wait to get home or it could be they sre overworked like many staff is these days. Overall I feel secure in his ability to diagnosis a disease correctly. He is also not demeaning and does not act srrogant. University of Pittsburg is an excellent medical college where he went.

Dr Dearmitt is a migraine sufferer. He is a family practitioner and you dont need a referral to get treated for migraines. Excellent follow up and treatment programs.
