Always the utmost professional and so talented

He has been my doctor for years. I don’t mind if my appointments are short. He is in and out, while being a perfect gentlemen and doctor and always diagnosing me properly!

Thought was a good Dr. Went back to him because my left knee was hurting. I can barely walk. He never looked at my left knee and told me there was nothing he could do for me. Very rude

Dr Bassman is the most intelligent and well-versed orthopedic surgeon. He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I have found him always kind and wonderful.

I was rushed he didn’t like to answer any questions I had he gave the therapist all the wrong information told her I need therapy for a left leg ankle fracture when I had a right leg tibia brake his bed side manner was also poor he had no sympathy At all it was do you want to have the surgery or you can go elsewhere I’m afraid to Continue to go though the rest of the proceedings because he seems no to care

Dr. Bassman is a good example of poor patient care. He is impatient, impolite, and doesn't like to answer questions. All of my visits have been rushed with Dr. Bassman spending 5 minutes with me before running out of the door with very little answers to questions. The staff at the office is awesome. The ladies are polite and pleasant, too bad he is not.

Dr. Bassman is an incredibly knowledgeable physician who truly cares for his patients. He listens to you, is compassionate in his care, and effectively communicates the diagnosis and available options to remediate your issue. He is a top notch professional with insurmountable talent and experience. If you are dealing with a complex orthopedic issue/problem and are seeking the best possible care, I highly recommend Dr. Bassman.

Dr. Bassman is the most caring, kind doctor I have ever been to. He was very reassuring and spent time making sure I completely understood what was wrong with my knee. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful orthopedic surgeon!

The best!

Very, very well-versed in orthopedics. A great physician. If he doesn't find joint or bone anomalies and you're still having issues you thought may have been related to those, he tends to recommend physical therapy. This happened to me twice, and twice the physical therapy showed me to have a muscle (small muscle which I didn't even know I had!) issue which was worked out in the sessions. Had a real joint issue and he knew exactly what to do. Haven't had a problem with it since, and this was well over a year ago. He listens to you, his staff is courteous, and he'll do his own X-rays. I highly recommend him.
