I can never get anyone from the staff to return my call regarding medication mistakes they have made so that they can be rectified. I also have had trouble the past 4 times I have called to get medication refills, I have to call several times over a span of days to get a return call. I am a psychiatric patient, it should not be so hard to get help and for someone to return my call.
