I have been seeing Dr. Harris for several years now, and he's been wonderful. 1) He takes his time and actually listens to what you tell him; also, he doesn't remain standing and talk down to you, but he sits with you to listen to you and ask relevant questions; 2) If a prescription doesn't work for you, or has uncomfortable side effects for you, he quickly changes the prescription; you don't have to call in, then wait and wait, then call in again and again--he takes care of it in a timely manner; 3) He doesn't talk condescendingly to you, "talk down" to you, but he does remind you of issues you need to work on. For example, if you have a weight problem, he'll speak to you about it, about how you'll benefit from losing weight, and make suggestions. But he NEVER makes you feel ashamed or humiliated--he is very kind; 4) While he's very professional and thorough, he also has a great personality--always kind, friendly, upbeat, courteous, with a sense of humor. … Wonderful doctor!

i am doctor harris patient and i would not change him at all. the first doctor that i feel totally comfortable with. never rushes and does not talk down on you. very caring ! God bless him.

Excellent, caring doctor with a great personality. Doesn't "talk down" to patient. Spends time explaining diagnosis and procedures, etc.--in plain language. The only way I would change doctors would be if Dr. Harris left the area--he's the best!

Dr. Harris is an amazing person & doctor. He is extremely kind, caring, and compassionate. He took time & care with each visit, listening, and never rushing. I became his patient a few shirt years after he became a physician, and drive a great distance round-trip just to have him as my Primary Doctor! If you are one of Donald T. Harris' patients, then you are in good hands!
